This position is responsible for managing a high-volume settlement files and coordinate all aspects of the closing function, prepare and edit CD’s and ALTA settlement statements, and other office responsibilities. Work from home opportunity available.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: Minimum 2 years of settlement processing or paralegal experience. Knowledge of Softpro software to create CD’s and ALTA HUD settlement statements. Thorough understanding of real estate and /or mortgage transactions; customer service experience; strong verbal and written skills; proficient with computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe) including databases and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
